Q: How do I sign up?
A: Click on the "Calendar" tab. Choose a day that works best for you and click "Register." You will be redirected to PayPal where you can either login to your account and pay or just pay be credit card. We then receive a notice of your sign up with your name and number of seats. Upon arrival we will check you in before seating.
Q: Do I need to sign up in advance?
A: Yes, please! Due to limited capacity at our venues, it is strongly recommended that you register early on our website. You can invite friends to our events from Facebook, but please remember to register! Walk-ins make it difficult for us to plan seating and bring the correct number of canvas and brushes. At most of our venues seating is limited, walk-ins will be turned away if class is full!
Q: How much does a class cost, and what does that include?
A: Our classes vary in price depending on location, the canvas size, and whether it's designed for a child or adult. Check our calendar for class schedule and price, or just send us a message. We accept cash and all major credit cards. This includes top-notch instruction, all supplies, set up/clean up, AND a fun, unique experience!
Q: What time should I arrive for a class?
A: We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class to check in and get settled. Grab a drink, introduce yourself to your neighbor and relax. It's best to come to class with a clear head to get that creative energy flowing!
Q: What if I have to cancel?
A: Due to the time and costs for class preparations, we do not offer refunds. However, reservations are always transferable to another class. No-shows will not be allowed to transfer, so please let us know in advance, before class starts. Of course, you are always welcome to send a friend in your place, just send us an email or call us and let us know who will be taking your place for class.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Painting is messy and we like it dirty! We will provide aprons, but we still recommend wearing clothes that you feel great in, but don't mind getting a bit collied (just in case).
Q: What if I've never painted before?
A: Perfect! What a great time to start! Our instructors guide you step-by-step as they paint right along with you. They're also great at fielding any individual questions. The goal here is to relax and have fun. We'll make sure you walk away with a piece of art you can be proud of!
Q: What Special Events do you offer?
A: We love hosting bachelorette parties, birthdays, paint your pet events and more! Please contact us to book your private party. For more details check out our Private Events Page and Kids' Parties Page.
Q: Can you accommodate a group?
A: Yes, absolutely! Painting is better with friends! Just be sure to let us know if you register separately so we can get you seated with your group. We always post our events to Facebook, which is a great way to get big groups together.
Q: Can you request a painting?
A: Totally! If there's something you've always wanted to paint, just let us know and we'll make it happen for you!
